This is a great book for people with health concerns. No matter what your issue having a healthy gut will help your overall wellness. It's easy to read and to understand.
This book helped me to trace the origins of my health problems and it got me wondering just which malady started first.

I have suffered from acid reflux for about seven years now and after following the recommendations in this book I have been off my medication and feeling better than I have in years. Highly recommend this book.

This book really helped me understand what was going on. Fiber, Fiber, Fiber. It is the cure all for so many gastrointestinal woes. I am so glad I bought this book. Along with physician advice, it helped cure my problems.

I purchased this book at the suggestion of my husband. My mother recently had a serious illness and was hosiptalized for three days.This book would have helped me recognize her symptoms earlier and we might have averted an ER and Hospital stay all together.
The information in this book is simple and easy to understand. The break-down of information is done very well and I find it extremely informative.
